“Cherry Bomb” is All Gear’s newest 24-strand climbing line. Triple construction gives it a 24-Strand outer braid, a 16-strand inner braid, and a neon orange cable and twisted core for an extra round firmness that climbers look for, especially when using with mechanical equipment. Cherry Bomb was produced from field requests for a high-visibility line.


Tree Management Systems, Inc., developers of ArborGold Software, have introduced ArborGold Cloud edition. The online edition performs the same key functions as ArborGold’s Windows version, including phone message and appointment management, job proposal creation with landscape CAD drawings, drag and drop scheduling, invoicing and marketing. Features include a customer Web portal and integration with QuickBooks.


Bandit’s Model 200UC Utility Chipper is a 12-inch capacity disc chipper that’s similar to Bandit’s Model 200XP, but features a lightened frame and chipping disc and plastic fuel tank. These changes allow the Model 200UC to ride on a 6,000-pound axle with 15-inch wheels, making it easier to tow and maneuver. It has a 14-by-17-inch chipper throat opening and can be equipped with engines from 48 to 97 hp.


The new CS-355T top-handle chain saw is designed specifically for arborists. The compact design offers the best combination of light weight, easy starting and powerful cutting performance at an affordable investment. Weighing in at 8 pounds, the CS-355T features a 35.8 cc professional-grade, two-stroke engine that delivers 25 percent more power than the ECHO CS-360T chain saw.


Husqvarna’s 550 XP chain saw features RevBoost, which provides instant high chain speed for efficient de-limbing. Its unique X-Torq engine technology provides more power, up to 20 percent less fuel consumption and 75 percent less exhaust emission than other models. The slanted cylinder design gives the 550 XP a lower profile, allowing for greater control. Plus, the retaining function prevents bar nuts from loosening.

The new model knife grinder has a 34-inch grinding capacity; adj- ustable stroke 1 to 34 inches; easy-to-operate push-button controls; magnetic swivel, 0 to 90-degree knife bar; and unique double-bevel knife resharpening setup. Coolant system with settling tank and lines, plumbed and ready to work. Features a 6-inch plate-mounted grinding wheel, rack and pinion drive and automatic down-feed.

Land Pride

Land Pride’s new skid-mounted stump grinder features a 20-by-.5-inch cutting wheel with 32 durable, replaceable carbide-tipped teeth spinning at 1,100 RPM; maximum cutting arc of 55 degrees; and cutting depth of 8 inches below ground. Four new skid grapples also available.

Rayco Manufacturing

The RG27 Super Jr, is the latest addition to Rayco’s Super Jr. line of compact stump cutters. The swing-out control station gives operators a better look at the cutting action and swings in-line for travel through gates. The slewing-ring pivot design lowers the center of gravity and provides a low-maintenance alternative to pin-style pivots. Wide tires improve flotation and traction.
