Remote Monitoring

The new remote monitoring system for Rotochopper grinders puts real-time monitoring and adjustment capabilities right into your loader cab or onto your office desk. Not simply a wireless remote, this system puts the full functionality of the main grinder controller at your fingertips anywhere within wireless range of your grinder. Live data and adjustment capabilities include production rate, feed speed and engine data, such as RPMs and fuel consumption.

Dosko Chipper Debut

Dosko introduces the 13-21T-13H, a portable, belt-driven, gravity-fed chipper. It is powered by a Honda GX390 recoil start engine and features a reversible double-edge cutting knife. It can chip logs up to 4 inches in diameter and can fit through a 32-inch doorway or gate for convenient transport. A heavy-duty belt tension system tightens the belt to engage the 21-inch flywheel. At 54 inches high, the discharge chute enables users to direct chips into the back of a truck or trailer.

The ROOK is no Rookie

The ROOK triple attachment swivel pulley is a new tool designed by SherrillTree and built by Rock Exotica. This product provides a work positioning connection and can be used with rope style bridges measuring up to 13mm in diameter. The product features swivel PAW that helps reduce twisting from climbing systems. The rubber-lined attachment holes help minimize carabiner movement that can lead to improper loading, while the chamfer edging prevents rope chafing and wear. The ROOK is made from T6 aluminum alloy and has a kN rating of 28.

Bandit Clears the Way

Designed to operate with extremely low ground pressure, Bandit’s new Model 3750 track carrier can be equipped with either a mulching forestry mower head, or a hydrostatic stump grinding head. The Model 3750 rides on a CAT 315 undercarriage with 800mm-wide pads, giving the machine a ground pressure of just 3.9 PSI. Available with up to 275 hp and features an 84-inch-wide Bandit-designed forestry mower than can mulch up to a height of 72 inches.
