It’s been a couple weeks since the annual ISA Conference concluded, and by all accounts the annual event was hugely successful. Thousands of tree care pros from around the world converged on Milwaukee, which was evident in the packed educational sessions and large crowds cruising the trade show floor. Speaking of the trade show, attendees got the first look at a variety of awesome new equipment and products making their debut in Milwaukee.

Stihl Tour des Trees, a 585-mile bike trek across Wisconsin, raised over $500,000 for the TREE Fund, and the annual Tree Fund live auction brought in additional funds to support the organization.

The highly anticipated redesigned trimmer trucks from Terex were unveiled at ISA Milwaukee.

Also at the conference, the ISA presented its 2014 Awards of Distinction. This year’s winners were:

Alex L. Shigo Award for Excellence in Arboricultural Education: Dr. Brian Kane and Dr. Cathie Lavis
